Comprehensive Treatment Plans

At Parkview Dental, every new patient is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. First visits are a source of pride for us – we’ll know you’ll be back!

If you are free of any emergent conditions, such as a severe toothache or another particular complaint, we schedule you for a COE (Comprehensive Oral Exam) with one of our dentists.

A COE is an extensive evaluation where we record all information – extraoral, intraoral, soft and hard tissues.  The dentist will typically take a complete set of dental x-rays and photographs and evaluate all records and data collected about your teeth.

The dentist will discuss with you in detail what we assess as necessary to take the best care of your teeth.  It is our goal that you leave this exam with a more thorough understanding of the status of your unique oral health. You will also have a better idea of what is required to restore and maintain your dental health. Often, you receive a print copy of your treatment plan, detailing information about recommended or required procedures, as well as the time and costs associated.
